Included in this newsletter is an exciting announcement regarding one of my paintings. Tranquil Silence has been chosen for a juried exhibition in Toronto. In fact, when I mentioned the happy news to my students, I made sure to tell them that Tom Thomson, yes, the one and only very famous Tom Thomson had exhibited numerous times with this group. Without missing a beat one student asked if I was going to be famous, would I continue to teach them art? Honest and direct question it was.
