Madawaska | This river flows through the ancestral territory of the Algonquin Anishinabeg  . As art teacher with Ventra School I canoed her with exuberant students. Canoe travel  inspires a resolve to keep this river natural and healthy. I return  to photograph, draw and paint this valley called Madawaska.
